I love doing my hair. Blow-drying, I hate. But styling, well, that’s a different story. Most days, it’s my only “me” time. My hubby and the dogs want nothing to do with my straightening iron, hairspray and shine serum. That allows for plenty of quiet time in front of the mirror, and I like it that way.
Ever since I got a vintage-inspired hairdo for my wedding, complete with plenty of Texas-style teasing at a San Antonio salon, I’ve fallen deeply, madly in love with retro hairstyles.
